I'm from Pakistan, and 3k roughly translates to 900,000PKR here which is a LOT. Thing is, I don't know how to earn money while being only 17. I plan to deepfake my ID card to register on upwork but aside from freelancing, I don't know what I could do that doesn't involve scamming or gambling or anything bad
What is the best way to earn $3,000 a month, ethically, with my coding skills in a 3rd world country?

upwork or fiverr are your best options
I’m banned from Upwork for being underage and Fiverr is extremely bad and slow for freelancing

Don't deepfake your id, lol you'll get caught then banned. Don't rip off the platforms that pay you or you expect to have a future from, they will do the same, and lock you of future work. There isn't that many places to make money online, so treat every payment channel with repsect. (ah you said you banned already, lol stop getting banned or you'll never succeed)
When i was 17, we had the internet, but i prefered a cleaning job in offices, as it paid better. You will never in less than 3-5 years earn 3k a year, lol shit is tough. Nobody shares their real breakthroughs if they actually have them. The times things have worked for me and i've made money have come down to a solid content plan, and months of work, and investment, and having skills that others don't have.

Can't you rent upwork accounts? The account and a payment provider like Astropay, TransferWise are created, verified, then the login details are handed over to you, with the 2FA Auth for a fixed monthly payment. I've seen some of my fellow Nigerian country men doing this.

The real challenge is turning your skills into steady income.
As for age, you can use a parent’s, older brother’s, or another trusted family member’s details to open an account, then link it to a Payoneer or Wise account under the same name for payouts.
And when it comes to country, whether you’re in Pakistan or anywhere else, it really doesn’t matter. Working online means there are no geographic barriers.
Yes, a few countries are restricted on some platforms for political reasons (Like Iran, North Korea, ect), but Pakistan is not one of them.
And even if someone happens to be in one of those restricted countries, they can still make money online.

Nono, I do want to start freelancing but idk where. Fiverr is my only option and it's never worked out for me. I might go into AI development since webdev is so oversaturated

why don't just go straight to selling / reselling to make first money?
If you're lucky enough to have real bulk buyers approaching you / you'll go outreach them,

Maybe you have to think along the line if been able to provide a reoccurring value that gets you 3k usd monthly
Focus on what you can do long term
Then ,work out a way to make the money from it
Seems difficult..but thats a better direction to follow

Find an adult to use their ID for Fiverr or upwork account. Link their payment details for payments too, so that there won't be any issues for payment processing. A real ID is better than fake ID. You are just working on their behalf. You can also grow SaaS tools with your coding skills.

Do not do that. Better idea is to register account on name of parent. In one year, you will just learn the basics and may be make some amount. From next year, when you are 18, you could work seriously with the main account.

Don't even think about faking your id because you’ll just get banned instantly and ruin your reputation before you even start. Focus on building a killer portfolio on github or contributing to open source projects, then land a remote junior dev role where your talent speaks louder than your age, upwork / fiverr
