What apps/services you use to auto detect fake reviews on TrustPilot and remove them?

I have an assumption that our competitor somehow influence our reviews on TrustPilot. We have the same low amount of open disputes, but much more negaive 1star reviews pops up - many of them describing non-existent situations. Another option is they were scammed by someone who uses our name.

Anyways, I heard people auto detect it and remove, any advice is appreciated

honestly; it might just be best to ask the support team of TrustPilot and have them check if the reviews are legit. They can often just detect and give you an idea.

He is a scammer. He defrauded me of 700USD. I have already filed a complaint against him on BHW.
