I would stay away from this seller. Bought a bunch of Google accounts in 2024 and they have been logging into all of them, likely to resell. Most of the accounts got banned, other than the ones I changed the password for. Avoid.

Your order was in 2024. The warranty ended when you successfully logged into these accounts, sir

If this gets resolved I will update you all, but for now I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. IMO they overcharge, there are much better options out there.

I have already reported this comment to BHW and am currently waiting for them to resolve it. If the buyer believes I did something wrong, they are welcome to open a dispute with BHW and provide evidence to their team.


The buyer purchased Gmail accounts two years ago (in 2024). Yesterday, they returned and claimed that someone else is now using those accounts. However, our terms of service clearly state that customers are responsible for securing their accounts immediately after the first login, including changing the password, enabling 2FA, and updating all relevant information.


All orders come with a 24-hour (or less) window to report any issues with purchased accounts. After the first successful login, we no longer provide any guarantee.


Asking me to take responsibility for accounts purchased two years ago is not reasonable.

If all buyers bought accounts 2 years ago then come back to me to ask for refund/ replacement I will go bankrupt if I provide guarantee for that. During two years of using these accounts who know if you shared these accounts to many other people... That's really funny...

Sorry but I have to agree with the seller. It's kinda ridiculous to expect a seller to guarantee accounts from two years ago. Always change the passwords anyway because if the accounts were created with basic passwords, it's easy for them to be hacked.

You used your purchased accounts for 2 years then come back here to ask for refund/ replacement while I only provide warranty for 24 hours after checking out or after your first success login. That's really funny. I will not provide our service to you again, yesterday you still placed a new order.
