I started an OFM business back in late 2022 ( I just typed " how to run OFM agency " ) and found this guy Nathan Ashton, got really inspired by him and even worked for him when I was starting out.
Now almost 3 years later I run big agency with 20 models and generating 3-400k a month of revenue ( obviously not all profit )My plan for this year is to go 100% AI and I will be documenting my progress here.
I also run some of the biggest AI OFM groups ( I don't want to promote them here)
Why am I making this thread?
- The AI space is moving too quick for one guys to follow up with everything
- I enjoy helping others
- I’d like to connect with others on a similar journey - the AI OFM community is prettty tiny at the moment
My AI OFM Journey so far:
I started looking into AI OFM around year ago when Fit.Aitana was blowing up and I was surprised how much attention is being given to her, I guess the first mover advantage, we are talking 10s of viral YouTube videos with over 1 million views. Right now I am running 8 different AI models (the biggest one is making 25k/month and the smallest one is doing around 3k/month) and my goal is to completely switch my agency from working with real models to 100% AI.
Plan is simple :
Run the current operations drive all the traffic across 5-10 very niched models, reinvest all the profits untill they
Here is my breakdown of it :
1. You have 100% control, I love the saying "burn the ships", which means no way back. With real models, I've always dealt with mental restraints (are my models working hard enough, they not producing enough content etc ) now that's not the case because I take full ownership and there is no one to blame, if something is not working as planned that because of the systems every single time.
2. I want to be able to sell out a model or the whole agency. I do know instances where models/agencies are selling their business but that's very rare cases I do see potential if we run 100% AI business to sell the model with assets such as different social media accounts, main accounts ( with full access and 100% ownership ), chatting team structure, workflows for content creation and so on.
3. Margins, this point will be very similar to the first one but you can put 100% of your focus and skills since you always keep 100% of what you make ( of course there are costs like chatting, traffic expenses, VA's and so on but anyways ) when u work with real models it's hard to renvest 100% of profits every single months since the model can quit you, even if you have salary model she can just dm the support and take the account down ( in the past this happened to me on accounts with over 3k paid fans which would generate at least 10-20k / month on autopilot for months haha but hard lessons needed to be learned ).
4. Creativity - Here really the sky is the limit, you can dominate every niche and every angle that is out there. You just need to know how to position your models.
Feel free to ask me anything about running things at scale, if you re not ther just start -> find something that brings you at least some traffic -> make some sales -> build a simple process VA can follow -> outsource it, and repeat.
My ideology is something I learned from Alex Hormozi when I met him irl in the begining of last year, always do more of whats working -> do it better -> if you can't do more or better think about something else.
FAQ because I am sure this will be helpful if you are starting :
Q: Can I download content from the internet and sell it ?
A: Please, DON'T do that! It's not scalable business and any normal platform like OF / Fanvue will ban you for that, even if you make some quick cash let's leave the "e whoring " days rest in 2018. That's not a good foundation to operate a business.
Q : Is AI there yet to create good content?
A: Obvious I am biased, I think it is and every month there is this new crazy update about image generation, video, etc. I do believe there is a much bigger advantage to be the first mover.
Q: What is the best tool?
A: There are tons of different tools, ideally run everything on your PC locally, if u don't have good enough PC run it on VPS if you are not technical as last instance you can pay for services.
Q: What is the best traffic for AI Model?
A: At the moment I'd say IG / Threads, especially if you are starting out theese would be the easiest to learn but to be honest any traffic channel works just the same as OF.
