Happy New Year to everyone. I hope you and your families are doing well.
It’s been a while since my last post here. A lot has changed. Looking back, there are many things I could have done differently or better, but in business-just like in life-things don’t always go as planned.
If you take only one thing from reading this, let it be this: set your goals extremely high-so high that they feel impossible.
Why? Because achieving goals like that requires a complete shift in how you think and act. Two books I strongly recommend on this topic are “10x Is Easier Than 2x” and “The Science of Scaling” by Benjamin Hardy.
You cannot grow while spending your time on $2-5/hour tasks.
Let’s talk numbers.
2025 was the first year I set a goal to reach $1M per month in revenue. Within the first three months, we were already halfway there. As many of you know, I’ve been working with AI for the last 1-2 years, mainly to optimize our operations with real models. The major shift happened mid-year, when we decided to go all-in on AI after spotting opportunities in niches and model types no one else was exploring at the time.
In new markets, around 80% of the money is usually made in the early months. I’m not saying you’re late—but competition is increasing every single day. You’ve probably seen the extreme AI influencers lately: black or white aesthetics, heterochromia, unrealistic features, and other “crazy” concepts. A few months ago, we were dominating while others were inactive. Now, new players appear on my feed daily.
You might be thinking, “So I’m late, I missed it.”
That’s not true. In fact, it’s still easier than most other business models out there. AI has lowered the barrier more than ever. The real issue is laziness. Walking around the office (yes, I work from a physical location), I see capable, strong-minded people spending hours doom-scrolling. Social media has simply become very good at hijacking attention.
Which brings me to the next point: avoid distractions.
An empty mind is the devil’s best friend. Stay busy with things that move your life forward, instead of becoming a dopamine junkie chasing quick hits from social media.
Another important point: know what you want from life.
What I’m showing here comes with real sacrifices—12–16 hour workdays, limited time with family and friends. I’m in my mid-twenties, and aside from work, training, and occasional travel, most days blur together. For me, it’s worth it because people depend on me. That responsibility is my “why.”
But I’ve seen many people chase money purely for status, validation, or the next purchase—and never find real fulfillment. So when you see success being flexed online, don’t envy it. You don’t know what’s behind the curtain. Skepticism is healthy in a world where almost everything is curated or fake.
The same applies to this post. I’ve seen comments saying I used other people’s screenshots or flows. The truth is simple: I’m not selling anything. I don’t need to make money from $99/month courses. People who know me—personally or through groups—know I’ve always helped those who were serious and willing to take action, not those just looking for shortcuts or “secret sauce.”
For those who made it this far, here are some practical points:
What content tool should you use?
Use the newest available model. Don’t waste time learning outdated tools. In this space, the biggest advantage is speed.
Which social media platform is best?
It doesn’t matter. What matters is your edge. You’re competing with millions of people for attention—why should someone watch you?
Where should you start?
If you’ve read this from the beginning, you already have a solid direction.
I have experience in another field—will that help?
Yes. This is one of the easiest businesses to enter, and any prior experience is a plus.
Can you do SFW and NSFW with AI?
Yes. With recent updates, both are possible at a level that’s hard to distinguish from reality. The only current limitation is video length for NSFW content, and that’s temporary.
I don’t have much time today, but tomorrow I’ll go through the questions and answer them one by one, as usual.
Plans for 2026:
I’m continuing on the same path with the same goal. A large portion of earnings is being reinvested into our team, software, and infrastructure—and I strongly advise you to do the same. I genuinely enjoy helping others and sharing the journey. That’s one reason I started this thread in the first place.
I’m also a big Alex Hormozi fan, and I’m considering creating a 100% free community where people help each other without bad actors. I’d like to hear if that would be valuable to you.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I wish you a strong and successful 2026.
Best of luck,
BELOV
