and HVAC service industry in Turkey.

Yes actually this is my own company. We work mostly on PPC and lead generation for service business in Turkey.

For social media we tried Instagram and TikTok ads two different times, with two different specialists. The ad metrics like views and clicks was actually good and cost per view was cheap. But in our sector (HVAC / appliance repair) it almost never converted to real service calls.

So even with good engagement the ads didn’t really bring jobs.

Because of this experience I feel like in our country this sector works much better with Google Ads. Google search ads create much bigger difference and real leads.

That’s also one of the reasons I joined BHW, to learn more about PPC and maybe connect with experienced Google Ads specialists.

Right now my main focus is still my service business, but I also have some other ideas. One of them is related to water business. In some areas in Turkey people sell drinking water door to door, so social media like Instagram and TikTok can actually work well for that kind of thing.

Also we are thinking maybe in the future about water filtration / water purification systems because the water in our region is very hard and full of lime.

So if we move into that sector I may ask you some questions about IG and TikTok marketing.
