4. Post on forums, Telegram, and Reddit.

in case u are starting out from scrattch with ur website it would be best that u try to keep it as simple as possible for now. try to focus on understanding how u can take care of the site nd publish posts in an organized manner. although there are many distracting elements to consider such as themes, bots nd monetization it would help you greatly to have a functiional website for now.
