I’ve been working with a few online businesses that required stable payment processing solutions for their stores. Recently, some of my clients have been doing quite well in terms of monthly sales volume, and fortunately they have maintained very low to almost no chargebacks, which keeps things smooth with processors.

Because of that experience, I’m trying to understand the needs of other merchants who may currently be looking for a payment processing solution for their products or services.

I’m curious to know a few things from people here who are actively searching for a processor or facing issues with their current one:

• What is your approximate monthly processing volume?
• What is the average chargeback percentage you usually see?
• At what processing rate (%) would you consider switching to a new solution?
