Wondering how to build a community for my personal coaching brand.

I think this is a problem which also suffers a lot from the cold start problem. Has anyone built up a server or community before, and how do you get off ground 0 and establish social proof? I feel like people would not join a server with 0 participants at the start.

I'm not too keen on using bots to kickstart it, but if anyone has any methods (whitehat or blackhat) I'm keen to hear and discuss

I think you could find some real people in your community and start live streams of training exercises, and create interactive content. Then you build your training posts and advice at a discounted or possibly free price initially in private groups, then expand publicly on social media platforms and gradually direct them to your Discord community. And I don't think you should use Discord bots to make your community look alive.

But other Discord channels will not promote you / or bring you traffic I guess? Make good IG reels get traffic warm these leads up- then convert them into your paid community/ or FB group

Yout build a FB group then charge them a retainer fee not get paid from ads. But with this modelyou should create first a library of content otherwise people will quickly cancel the membership. Have a library first thenadd new content weekly to it, videos, text, q&a sessions all that stuff. You build monthly recurring income.
