Wondering how to build a community for my personal coaching brand.

I think this is a problem which also suffers a lot from the cold start problem. Has anyone built up a server or community before, and how do you get off ground 0 and establish social proof? I feel like people would not join a server with 0 participants at the start.

I'm not too keen on using bots to kickstart it, but if anyone has any methods (whitehat or blackhat) I'm keen to hear and discuss

Social media ?
any specifics? Social media seems to be a good traffic gen, but the actual aspect of building up the relationships, building up friendships is much much harder. Does anyone have experience with this?

Nice. That's probably the best blueprint to use. Would you reccomend bots on the server to stir up conversation?

Nah you should be the only one taking in the telegram.

people can react to the posts or dm you privately if they want help.

What type of coaching community?
personal development. Things like
- Rediscovering your ambitions
- Stopping toxic behaviours like doomscrolling
- Improving your voice tonality

All backed with high quality research from research papers (I'm in the process of developing tools to generate such research programatically with citations too)

Ah got it. I know a few influencers like Aaron will and other money gurus on twitter that uses such communities.

I still feel like servers allowing free discussion is so much more powerful for community building and establishing friendships, but I do feel like it's a process of building that up and you can't start with free discussion because it will feel empty.

Thanks for the blueprint though! Do run such communities yourself?

Private Facebook group could work

I advise you to develop your youtube apart, the real audience will come from there. Tiktok can be nice but its a bit a dumb audience, it's good to sell some products tough

For coaching the best platform is youtube then redirect them to your website where you have a free coach or trial offer to get their attentions

Adding real members to your Telegram group could be a good way to start growing it. - Because you don't want bot users.

And when at the start your Telegram channel /community is empty withpout library or membe, to monetize it with monthly membership fees or gettign yout paid coaching clients? Why not use systems on your Twitter site? Send them DM messages and a freeby > then to approval or whatsapp call> then offer them high ticket coaching ?

Nowadays instead of creating long hours high ticket courses within 1-2 months, why not selling video courses webinars ?

Does it work to make 7 figures form your FB group as coach?
FB profile with professional mode> send friends to your FB group> on group you posting , text, reels, videos> then send them DM mnessages to get freebie> after freebie a approval form or whatsapp call to close your high ticket coaching?

Need to offer incentives for people to join it. Promotions and gift codes. Free services.

If I were you, I'd do it like this:

I'd start the community privately. First, I'd invite 10-20 real people (existing followers, former customers, friends).

For the first 2-3 weeks, I'd create real value internally (mini live streams, Q&A sessions, weekly tasks).

Then I'd open it up to the public as an "active community."

For this Discord community do B2B audiences paying $250 membership monthly or higher for this ?
And then when one day Discrod cuts your server then all your customers are gone.....?

Happy Friday

A lot of b2b coaches have membership monthly fees for her FB group I wonder FB allows that, one day FB will shut down your group then all your members are gone ?
