What is the thought process for new ideas?

Getting sick of the several poor service offered by others around you
Looking at everything from global perspective to make them even better
Having a vision to make humanity better in an area you are knowledgeable about

You will always nearly find a new idea

Any ideas?
For me, new ideas usually come from mixing a few things.

First, I look at what already exists. See what people are doing, what works, and what feels outdated. Then I look for gaps. Sometimes the best ideas come from asking simple questions like “what is missing here?” or “how can this be done easier or faster?”

Another thing that helps is looking outside your niche. A tactic working in one industry can often be adapted to another.

And honestly, a lot of ideas come from testing. Try small experiments, see what gets traction, then build on that. Not every idea works, but the process usually leads to something useful.

I get ideas when I talk to someone. Try to find someone who can keep the conversation going and discuss a topic with them.
When you're looking for words to express yourself, you're digging into the topic and might notice an interesting aspect or problem, which can give you an idea

The starting point is to learn that everything new is only ever 10% new roughly. Some research was done about this, and they discvered after studying a number of companies inthe 80s and 90s that stole market leads or maintined it that the key difference only came down to a marginal difference of 10% on average. There is a reason why cpu chips and hard drives etc are offered in tier structures. When you create a market, people are more likely to buy something if presented with a number of choices. Same goes for software, or websites, or content. Just be 10% different at least, and you should find success.
