I have shopify payment with big history but I don’t know I want to scale stripe it’s better ?

If you already have Shopify Payments with a solid history, that’s usually better than switching. Stripe isn’t necessarily easier to scale both have similar risk controls and limitations.





Scaling is more about traffic quality, dispute rates, refunds, and consistency than the processor itself. Many people keep Shopify Payments and add backup processors instead of moving everything to Stripe.

Honestly, we've tested a lot of things lately, and Thai Stripe is clearly the easiest to use.

No random blocking or suspension, much more flexible moderation

if you don't ship or sell in a sensitive niche, this is the best option right now.

If you already have a solid Shopify Payments history, that’s a big advantage and I wouldn’t drop it.

Stripe is good, but it doesn’t automatically perform better just because it’s Stripe. What really matters is your account history, chargeback rate, and overall risk profile. A warmed Shopify Payments account is usually more stable than starting fresh elsewhere.

If you do add Stripe, I’d treat it as a backup or secondary option rather than replacing something that’s already working.

never choose stripe esp for dropshipping. I never even dropshipped and they blocked my account with funds in it. 8 month have passed and they never refunded me the balance. now i have to choose legal ways to do it.

Stripe freezes accounts without notice. It happened to us with no chargebacks after 6 months. Maybe it's better now, but I was pissed!

Stripe all year round, but you should have a decent brand with online presence and good feedback from clients. Stripe focuses more on that rather than anything else

If your current setup has a strong history and is performing well, I'd be cautious about switching solely for the sake of scaling. Reliability and account stability are often more valuable than chasing a different processor.
