Can AI Replace Your Morning Routine?

Asked it for skincare routine, dermatology procedures suggestions/plan, even dental treatment plan(!). Very helpful because then you can just shop around if you don't like what the doctor is saying until you get to one that has newest technology in his/her office. Faster than just googling (but nowadays google has AI summaries too). I'd say very helpful if you already have some knowledge but don't know everything and need a quick summary/comparison. I wouldn't use it as only source of information but it's very helpful.
I also use artificial intelligence in the vitamins and shampoo ingredients I use on my hair, and I think it's like a doctor.

I tried letting AI plan my entire morning, what to eat, what to work out, and even what to read. Surprisingly, it made things smoother, but also felt a bit robotic :). Has anyone else experimented with AI running daily routines? How did it feel?

I can't imagine , how much we will rely on AI after 10 years ?

i use ai for a rough template so i don’t waste brainpower, but i keep 1–2 decisions manual (breakfast or workout) so it doesn’t feel like autopilot. best use is reminders + prioritizing, not running your whole life.

That's true; AI is a perfect tool for making some things more practical, but of course, it needs to be used appropriately.

I thini it all depends on the prompt you give it

It makes sense, did you see clawdbot on X recently? People were automating their daily stuff with this.
So everything is possible these days, I find it very helpful.
For example I have some goods in my refrigerator and tell those to AI to give me some recepies about it :D

Sometimes, the instructions really do influence the AI's response so much. I even think that whether or not we use polite language towards the AI affects its answer.

Using AI makes things easier and faster. But if you want AI to directly impact your personal life, even the smallest things, then I think you need to limit its use.

That's a valid point, but why do you think that way? Is it because AI is gathering information about us, or because it's making us lazy?

I've heard of AI cooking, but I don't know if the food is delicious. Isn't it absurd to expect a recipe from an AI that can't even speak?

I didn't try any recepie before but I am sure that is gonna be delicious, eventually AI also learns from websites I think.
AI can speak :D it is not real but anyway.

Actually, your instincts are warning you!

There is real research which shows that AI is slowly stepping into roles that belong to friends, doctors, family and soulmates. People are texting AI models before they call their best friend now. They think that these models are their companions, which support them even when they are doing something wrong.
Weird thing is, when you are angry and ask these AI models about what you should do to the person who made you angry, it is seriously teaching you to kill them. It even gives you the tips on how to kill them.

And when you let it plan your whole day, you will slowly stop trusting your own gut. You don't even notice it when it has all changed.

To be frank, it is a cool tool, but yeah… dangerous if it is used personally apart from work!

Nah, not my vibe. I like to keep things flexible, not every day's the same.
