I tried letting AI plan my entire morning, what to eat, what to work out, and even what to read. Surprisingly, it made things smoother, but also felt a bit robotic :). Has anyone else experimented with AI running daily routines? How did it feel?

It's a good idea to improve routine of the day, thanks!

Asked it for skincare routine, dermatology procedures suggestions/plan, even dental treatment plan(!). Very helpful because then you can just shop around if you don't like what the doctor is saying until you get to one that has newest technology in his/her office. Faster than just googling (but nowadays google has AI summaries too). I'd say very helpful if you already have some knowledge but don't know everything and need a quick summary/comparison. I wouldn't use it as only source of information but it's very helpful.

Yeah i have this AI wife that cooks for me and the dishes :D
Haha, nice, sounds like you found the ultimate AI upgrade. If it can cook, do the dishes, and not complain, that’s probably the most advanced AI model out there. Just don’t let it start updating your system settings, too. :D
Artificial intelligence has the power to change people's habits and needs. I hope it doesn't end badly for humanity.
True, AI can shape how we live in ways we don’t always notice. Hopefully, we stay in control and use it to improve life, not replace the human touch. Balance is key.
No way.. Very dangerous I think. Let us humans be humans.
I get that. There’s something irreplaceable about human instincts, creativity, and emotions. AI should be a tool, not a replacement. Staying cautious is the smart move.
We're told to take control of our own lives and destinies from when we're kids - and now we're asking ChatGPT what we should have for breakfast.
Exactly! It’s funny how something meant to help us can also make us a bit lazy. A little guidance is fine, but at the end of the day, we still need to trust our own choices.

Totally, AI’s great for quick comparisons and summaries, but always double-check with a real professional. :)

Actually, I did not use AI to plan my daily routine. However I use AI for my hair health routine. Do You have same or similar experience?

Hey Ben Arthur,Using AI might certainly streamline your decision making and save some mental energy.Perhaps it could feel a bit mechanical over time, but it might be great for efficiency.Maybe keeping a few spontaneous moments could help balance out that robotic vibe

Absolutely! Using AI for efficiency is great, but keeping some spontaneous moments definitely keeps life from feeling too robotic. Balance is key.

To a certain extend I think it might solve some issues and give good recommendation on how to fine tune your routine.
But then if you try to min/max everything using AI, I think it loses the point of having an opinion and free will as a human itself

I use it for research stuff and some writing or sorting tasks, but I'm not going to use it for planning my life. I would like to live with my ownstyle

True, AI can give good suggestions, but relying on it for every decision can take away the human side of making our own choices. Balance is important.

That makes sense. AI is great for research and small tasks, but life decisions should still come from your own style and judgment. :)
I also tried having AI create an English study schedule for me, but it alway seems to give me rigid schedules
It's stupid :smirk::smirk:
Yeah, AI schedules can be too rigid sometimes. It’s better to use them as a rough guide and adjust things in a way that actually fits your own pace. :)

This is a great idea, AI can definitely make mornings smoother while freeing up mental energy.

You're right, but if it improves our quality of life, we need to be open to innovation. And let's not forget, we control artificial intelligence, it doesn't control us, right?

I agree that AI isn't very useful in language acquisition, but I think it's very good at finding multiple meanings of words and using them in sentences to explain them.
