hello need help to recover my instagram account

First check your email for any messages from Instagram.
Use the official appeal form and follow the steps carefully.

don't pay anyone here claiming they can "hack it back" for you, 99% of those are scams. just go through instagram's official recovery flow, if the hacker changed your email you should've gotten a notification from ig with a link to reverse it. also try the video selfie verification if it's available on your account, that's the fastest way to get it back rn.

Honestly, if the account isn’t that important, it might be safer to just start fresh instead of stressing over recovery. Sometimes once an account is compromised on Instagram, even if you get it back, trust and security can be shaky

No one legitimate can hack it back for you, and anyone claiming they can do that for you is probably a scam. Instead, use Instagram's official recovery options, secure your email, and report your account as hacked via the app's support form.

my account just got hack im looking for somebody to help me get it back, is there any hacker here that can help me
You should contact Instagram support as I believe no one here can truly help you hack the already hacked account.

If you want to hire someone to fix your problem, you can post here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/. I hope seniors can help you

It's important to note that no one with the authority to help you recover your account can do so. You can use Instagram's recovery options or report the account as hacked.

If your account got hacked, the best way is to recover it through the official platform, not through hackers.

What I’d do:

  • Go to the login page and click “Forgot password”.
  • Use “My account was hacked” in the recovery options.
  • Follow the ID or selfie verification steps if they appear.
  • Also check your email for any security alerts and secure it.
Be careful with people offering “hacking services” — most of them are scams. The official recovery process is usually the safest way.

Make a second account and then contact meta support showing that the initial account that got flagged is yours; and then show them that you didnt violate any terms.
