Tonight I'll be making sliders with 90/10 grassfed ground beef. We buy it from a local farmer (about 40 minutes away).

Minced onion, an egg, bread crumbs, Montreal steak seasoning with 2 pickles and cheese.

I'll cook the meat on the stovetop as one big flat piece, then put them up to put on the rolls, add the pickles and good old, bad for you American cheese, and put them in the air fryer to crisp up the rolls with a little butter on them

King's Hawaiian rolls, of course, as they are perfect for sliders.

Hand cut potatoes for fries, again in the air fryer after putting them in a bowl with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and some garlic powder.

I'll serve that with a slice of watermelon and some corn on the cob.

Tomorrow is a bachelor day as my wife is going to hang out with the daughter for the day, so I'll probably go and visit my friends who have a small restaurant. It's not fine dining, it's 100% blue collar.

Great guys, great place.

Sunday is seafood day, as I'm going to get some shrimp and flounder and make a couple of stuffed flounder dishes.

What's on your menu this weekend?

Tonight[Please wait, as this is soooooooooooooooooo exciting, salad lol, I have to stay in shape]
Tomorrow I am headed over to my wife's cousin's house, so I don't know, but it might be a Nepali dish
Sunday, I am guessing salad or fish, as I usually have salad two to three times a week,

See what @BassTrackerBoats is eating, I might want to get a boat and travel down there for a slider or two :)

This weekend I’d keep it balanced but solid grilled chicken or steak for protein, rice or potatoes for carbs, and something fresh like a simple salad on the side. If it’s a chill day, maybe homemade burgers or BBQ vibes.

If you’re bulking, that’s the time to load it up a bit. If you’re cutting, keep it high-protein and don’t let weekend meals wreck your weekly calories. What’s on your plate?

Sounds amazing, good job finding some real local beef! Smells like steak when cooking it unlike the stuff at store that smells like sour plastic now. We will have chicken with fresh garlic and rosemary from the garden, sweet potatoes, and baby spinach salads. Visiting family Sunday

Pick me up on the way, I will join! Have a great weekend everyone!

That sounds like an amazing weekend menu:) The sliders with fresh beef and those crispy fries must taste great. The seafood on Sunday also sounds perfect.

For me, it will probably be something simple like grilled chicken, rice, and maybe some homemade fries. Nothing fancy, just easy weekend food.

just keeping it simple, probably steak one night, something easy like pasta., then seafood Sunday
