Yes, it is real.
The reason you see the sun in the air and then below as the reflection bounces off the lake.
@Jason Starkey knows I have 1 or 2 sips of coffee with my wife in the morning, and that is the view from our kitchen.
It's the best time of the day for me... time with my wife and views like that.
