is there a way to test mobile proxies? also am I allowed to change location for the mobile proxy?
 
Bought a mobile proxy after their support agent confirmed I would get access to a pool of 500,000 rotating IPs. After purchasing, every rotation returned the exact same IP — the rotation simply did not work.

When I contacted support, a second agent investigated and confirmed my order had been assigned an IPv6 IP instead of IPv4, a technical defect on their end. Agent's own words were "I think this is enough proof for refund."

Despite admitting the fault, they refused to refund me to my original payment method because I paid via crypto, hiding behind their no-crypto-refund policy even though the defect was entirely their fault and occurred within 24 hours of purchase which their own Terms of Service (clause 6.9.1) says qualifies for a full refund.

overall, their proxies are not that reliable plus their customer support sucks.

Refunding to mars account, those are credits forcing me to reuse your useless products. A partial refund would have been nice since that is real money not some dumb credits i would never probably use
