I just used this service and I think it sucked. I ran a test for the first $5.00 and it all worked well. I ordered another $9.48 - I did around 10% of what I had done with the $5.00 and noticed my proxies get blocked. I disconnected and let them chill for a few days. When i came back my balance is now -0.01
