i recived some fund to payoneer and the stuas shows canceled what does that mean
if any one have any experience kindly advie also no email and support not replying me.

It means you did not actually receive it.

Check the balance. I’m sure it’s what it was before.

Probably either sender or you failed to pass some security checks.

For example either you or sender are not fully verified. Or there is no prior activity and suddendly he sends $1k. Or the sum is much larger that usual for both.

this is my first payment and it's a large amount does that mean they will refund the money? because the sender says they have not goten it back, and yes my balance is $0 with the amount beneath it but shows cancelled. they also have the worst support they just close ticket without answering.

A “cancelled” Payoneer payment means the funds didn’t go through and were likely returned to the sender. Check your dashboard for details and confirm with the payer. If support isn’t responding, submit a ticket from your account or try live chat.

They should.
I suggest you get some other activity first and then send larger sums.
But honestly, anything above $5k is usually a problem.

If possible, send it in multiple smaller payments.

because the sender says they have not goten it back
They should get it back eventually.

yeah, they're garbage. I used them a few times before and they used to be OK. But last year they've implemented a QR code verification and since I don't have smartphone (and never will get one), I couldn't log into my account anymore, and they have no support either because you need to be logged into your account in order to contact them LOL. Fucking idiots... I wouldn't (and won't) do business with Payoneer anymore, sorry that you had to go through this too :(

And yes, the sender should get his money back eventually, it's just that it might take a few business days (2-5), especially now since it's weekend, so be patient both of us...

I just like old nokias and still have one
oh, definitely! The original ones (before Nokia was sold to Microsoft) are the daddy of all cellphones. Too bad they don't make 'em like that...

Yes that might be another problem.

i'm interested to know what that like
I couldn't find the exact model so I gave up after 15 minutes. But - aesthetically - the phone in the image below is EXACTLY what my phone looks like, it's just that my phone's model is RM-870 (single sim), while the one in the image is RM-872 (dual sim). So, you can say that this is what it looks like :)

Did u use local bank details or an email transfer? Mismatched currencies on local accounts usually trigger a reversal within 48 hours.
