Hello BHW members,
I’m looking for recommendations for reliable residential proxy providers that meet the following criteria:
No AWS routing – proxies must not pass through Amazon Web Services.
From my testing, banking and fintech platforms frequently block connections associated with AWS infrastructure.
Compatible with financial platforms – must work properly with:
Location requirement – I specifically need IPs from:
Small starting package – I want to start around 1 GB, without committing to large 10+ GB plans.
Stability & reputation
Pricing – ideally below $5/GB.
So far DataImpulse has been performing reasonably well for me, but I’d like to compare alternatives before scaling.
Any real-world experience is highly appreciated.
Thanks!
I’m looking for recommendations for reliable residential proxy providers that meet the following criteria:
REQUIREMENTS
No AWS routing – proxies must not pass through Amazon Web Services.
From my testing, banking and fintech platforms frequently block connections associated with AWS infrastructure.
Compatible with financial platforms – must work properly with:
- Wise
- Airwallex
- Stripe
- Payoneer
- major banks and payment services
(no blocked pages or payment restrictions)
Location requirement – I specifically need IPs from:
- United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- China
NOT United States IPs.
Small starting package – I want to start around 1 GB, without committing to large 10+ GB plans.
Stability & reputation
- uptime around 95%+
- responsive support
- clean IP reputation (not blacklisted)
- proven reliability
Pricing – ideally below $5/GB.
WHAT I’VE ALREADY TESTED
- Thordata – rejected by financial platforms (AWS detected via X-Amzn-Trace-Id headers)
- Smartproxy / Decodo – banking sites intentionally restricted (confirmed in their FAQ)
- typical cloud/datacenter proxies – all blocked by banks
QUESTIONS
- Has anyone successfully used residential proxies with Wise, Airwallex, Stripe, Payoneer, or traditional banks? Which providers actually worked?
- How can I technically verify that a proxy provider is NOT using AWS infrastructure?
- Are ISP proxies the only dependable solution for fintech usage, or can high-quality residential proxies also be sufficient?
- Which providers would you personally trust for financial-related operations?
So far DataImpulse has been performing reasonably well for me, but I’d like to compare alternatives before scaling.
Any real-world experience is highly appreciated.
Thanks!
