to clarifty on what i meant in my statement: this particular seller, RankFetch, could not work with the first number provided
there could be various reasons for that - maybe they did not even try the 1st number until past their delivery deadline and asked for the 2nd number to make up for the missed timeline? -- or maybe a skill issue in the sense that another seller could have been provided listing with the 1st number regardless?
all we are saying is that they have not provided anything factual to make a conclusion on that - and we are asking: is the 1st number really not working-- or is it something else?
its easy to make other statements / claims on this end.... thats why we are asking for evidence for their claims so that one can rule out claims such as: this is a skill issue, or this is another seller issue..?
this way - we know with evidence that 1st number was indeed the cause of the problem; coming to an objective understanding
You stated that you understand that the seller could not work with the number provided.
Look, I can only go by the facts presented and the words spoken by the accused and the accuser.
At this point, you are trying to find a loophole that you actually closed with your own statement.
If I were the seller, I would have contacted you, as that is just good customer service, but it's not actually their responsibility to contact you if you give them bad information. Like I said, I would have, and those that I interact in business would have, but we go above and beyond.
Maybe they tried and had to wait for a response, maybe they said, "The customer didn't provide what is needed so I'll put them on the back burner until they do", maybe they were annoyed you gave them something they could not work with,,, but the onus is on you to provide a complete package of workable information.
In about 8 hours or so, I'll read over all the content in this thread and make a decision as this conversation is becoming a bit circular at this point.
