Try some public telegram work groups, upwork or fiverr.

You can send him 3 android devices and have him log into 30 accounts that way (10 each device). Another thing you can do is; use any API module that allows account management and provide him with access that way.

If one VA is handling 30–50 accounts, the biggest mistake is running everything from one setup.
You need separation. Either multiple devices or separate browser profiles (1 account = 1 profile). Don’t mix logins in the same session.
Also keep IP/location consistent per account and avoid posting all accounts back-to-back — that pattern alone can cause issues.
It’s doable with one person, but structure and consistency matter way more than just giving them passwords.
