Does anyone know the exact browser extension names whose user data is used by SimilarWeb for traffic estimation?

There's an easier way to do what you want, which I believe is "manipulated similarweb traffic rankings". Just buy them online for $35. I have used services like that before. Google Similarweb fake traffic or similar query to get such websites.
