No not at all. I've a service for immigrant people that get scam in EU for paperwork. That is what we do. We contract legal support services with their insurance and are able to get their fine off.
We run this in multiple countries. We don't scam people, or do illegal product, we sell to immigrants in EU legal support. I mean you could think it's wrong to sell something to people that got scammed, to get their right back but it's 100% legal.

This guy is just lying. He asked for crytpo payment, I sent you the screenshoot of it. Why would I, at the EXACT same time, exact same day, send the exact amount of money from the skrill account to his wallet ?
Honestly I can't understand how this guy never been in this kind of stuff it wasn't the first time he did this for sure.
I have proof of crypto payment, that is perfectly fitting the day, time, amount. As well as proof of him sending the wallett adress (basically where you should send the money). And his wallet adress is exactly the one you can see in the public link from my wallet to his.
So he is definetly lying. So far he provided NO evidence of anything. The only screenshoot he sent were already in my first message, which I did not try to hide or anything.

Do you mind sharing some more information about this? Some links or general evidence. You can do this via DM if you'd feel more comfortable doing so. I just want to make sure I have all the facts before I make a judgement on this one.

You have faked the screenshots and those screenshots can easily be produced, show any video proof if you have, which you don't

If he shows any video proof or any screen recording of chats that establishes the transaction deal, i am going to instantly refund him
He just relying on doctored screenshots and made up stories with no concrete proof

But at the same time you haven't provided any evidence either. You've made a lot of accusations but haven't backed up a thing you've said. @scapin has provided evidence and you haven't been able to prove that any of it is doctored. And I see nothing to believe that's the case.

The accused has been unable to provide any evidence of their counter-claims and allegations of evidence tampering despite repeated requests.
@Media Sign Digital I'm giving you 48 hours to issue a full refund. I'd like both sides to provide evidence of refund before this dispute is closed. My decision is final.

Is information send by @scapin is accepted on face value on what basis ?
If tommorow anyone creates a genuine conversation and then creates fake screenshot and times the wallet transaction accordingly will
the ruling be in favor of that accused. I think this sets a wrong precedent

On the basis that I know what I'm talking about and can assess evidence and that's why I'm employed in this job.
At no point have you proven that any of the evidence is fake. I have asked you repeatedly to present evidence to back this up. You have ignored me, changed the discussion and failed to do so. I saw absolutely no sign that any of the evidence was falsified.
That is your opinion and you're entitled to it. I am here to tell you that you are wrong. The evidence overwhelmingly favoured the accuser. I'm only here to judge evidence and facts. I don't make any decision based on opinion or assumption.
Please ensure the refund is made by 16:00 London time on Friday.
