I clicked Media Sign Digital Banner because he was posting a lot on the topic I was needing help with (google ads account).

After a few messages he asked to be paid 570 USD on skrill and 400 USD were for the ad credits.

Since he wasn't able to receive the money on skrill he asked ultimately to send the money in btc. He sent me a wallet adress. Which I sent first 90 USD then 480 USD. He then blocked when the transaction was done.


You will find attached ; the money send to him through skrill that he canceled since it was asking for tax document and then he asked for crypto payment which I did. (I can proove that the wallet who sent the money was mine). You can also find the transaction done.

You can also find scrren of him blocking me on telegram.

I am available to provide any esxtra proof i needed

I contacted Media Sign Digital through the 3 ways DM. And asked him to refund as well as sending him some proof on our conversation on telegram.

He simply answer like he wasn't aware of this.

Information For The Accused

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

There is no scam, infact @scapin wanted to promote scam services in a certain way ( which he deleted and not shown in the screenshot) that made me uncomfortable and i returned his skrill payment.

What happened is : He said because of tax he couldn't collect payment on skrill so I have to send through btc.
I can verify the wallet who sent the money to him by sending any amount to any wallet (prooving it's mine). And here is a screenshoot of him giving me the wallet adress to send to.

-> Because he needed to verify his identity on skrill (the value was 570 USD which appear to trigger a kyc feature). He asked for crypto payment. I did so.
Here is the proof.

Also What I want to do with the google ads account has nothing to do with your concern, if I buy google ads account, I'am free to advertise whatever I want. Not your concern.

How you use that Google ads account is always a concern, and you making a fake wallet screenshot wont help . These kind of telegram chats, can be faked easily

I need multiple ads account to run ads for the same keyword (to be 1/2/3 on ads making sure I can always be here with multiples links). This was the goal.

The proof was attached in the first message from the form (you can check first message form). I also explained why he asked for crytpo as well as the crytpo payment link of the transaction. (this is why I was talking about crypto).

So are you suggesting the above Skrill screenshot that @Media Sign Digital has posted is a fake?

No, As mentioned he DID return the money on skrill (I attached the screen of the payment cancel in my first message, you can see it).

The screenshoot is real. But he did NOT return the money because he didn't wanted it. he did return the money because he wanted crypto, to scam me. Skrill ask for tax document over 500 USD. Since he didn't want to provide it, he returned the money and ask for payment in crypto. Since he returned the money I thought he was a legit seller. And I send him a crypto payement. but he is not.

He then send this wallet key.
When received money he blocked me on telegram.

As @scapin mentioned he is involved in scam and illegal products promotion over the web
He is producing or faking proof according to his own convenience , he can transfer his funds within his own wallet

I have returned his money instantly without any fuss because i had apprehensions about his product and the way he want to promote them
If i wanted to keep the money i could , it was already in my account
