How are you handling offer rotation when EPCs keep shifting?

Past few weeks EPCs been all over the place, and what prints this week isn’t always the same next week. Yesterday's price is not todays price. You know how it goes. Every time I rotate links, I leak money for a bit, then finally stabilize… and right when the $$$ comes back, performance dips again.

Curious how others handle this without constantly bleeding when rotating links.

Do you

stick with one “good enough” offer?

Rotate manually on a schedule?

split traffic?

or only react after revenue actually drops?

Best.

No, one offer dies and you're at zero overnight.
Rotate manually on a schedule?
Waste of time, rotate based on data not calendar.
split traffic?
Yes, 70/30 main vs backup so you always have data ready.
react after revenue actually drops?
Too late by then, split test constantly so you see the dip before it kills your ROI.

That’s fair. That is the standard operating model. If things are set up properly, there’s never a true single-offer situation, so revenue doesn’t just drop to zero overnight.

The friction still seems to come from the shift itself. Even with backups live, movement is reactive, so there’s always some bleed before the data fully catches up.

That works at small scale, but what happens when volume increases? More links, more landing pages, more manual decisions. At some point the overhead starts scaling faster than the traffic.
