While browsing BlackHatWorld, I was searching for BlackHat Ads providers and found a user posting a comment on the following thread:

The user advertised services in the comments and included a Telegram contact in her forum signature. I clicked the Telegram link from the signature and contacted her directly.
After discussing the service, we agreed on the following terms:

Test period: 3 days

Daily ad budget: $30 per day

Platform: Facebook Ads

She requested payment in Litecoin (LTC) and provided me with an LTC address. I sent the agreed payment to her wallet.

A few hours after the payment was sent, she deleted the entire Telegram conversation and stopped responding. No service was delivered, no ads were launched, and no explanation was provided.
Fortunately, I took screenshots of the conversation before it was deleted, including:

-The service agreement
-The payment request
-The wallet address
-Proof of payment


I still have all evidence and can provide screenshots and transaction proof upon request.
Based on this behavior (payment taken, conversation deleted, and no service delivered), I strongly believe this is a scam.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I warned her that I would open a scam report if the issue was not resolved or refunded. She denied responsibility, said it was not her, and provided no refund or solution. After that, no resolution was possible.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

I just want to explain this clearly. The person accusing me never contacted me through BHW. He contacted fake account on Telegram. There are two fake Telegram accounts using my name, and those accounts are scamming people. Because of this, my reputation on BHW has been badly damaged.
