They rank, but conversions feel weaker than before.
How are you monetizing blog traffic these days?

When your informational articles include real-world experience, case studies, deep insights, concrete examples, visuals, and aggregated data that users actively search for, your blog is more likely to rank well and steadily increase traffic. In this situation, you can monetize your blog with any ad network.

Yes, purely informational posts convert less. Focus on affiliate links, lead magnets, or contextual ad placements. Adding actionable tips, product comparisons, or opt-ins within the content boosts monetization without hurting user experience.

Informational posts can still rank well, but conversions are usually lower than product-focused content. Pair them with affiliate links, lead magnets, or email funnels to monetize effectively without relying solely on direct sales.

Informational posts can rank, but convert less boost earnings with affiliate links, lead magnets, or email funnels.

ai summaries and chatbots are stealing informational clicks, so you need to move people into a newsletter or a private community to monetize them long-term.

It all depends on the niche. If it's a narrow, specialized niche, you can earn a lot at any time. If it's a blog on a broad topic, then income only declines.

Yeah informational posts convert less, I use affiliate links, lead magnets, and email funnels to monetize them now.

I agree, informational posts are not monetized very well. Give out a free book or small course, get your clients's email, then spam them (to death xD) with value until they buy. Or announce that you are doing a webinar, give them useful value but enroll them on a next more in depth course and get them to buy it.

Yeah, pure informational traffic converts less now
I focus more on intent based content and adding strong CTAs or lead magnets instead of relying only on ads.

You can try with capture emails (lead magnet > sell later), push to comparison/review pages, display ads (Ezoic/Mediavine-type), build topical authority and sell your own product/service later

yeah, doesn't work the way they used to before. do more into email funnels, lead magnets, and contextual offers now instead of just slapping display ads on them

Yeah info posts harder now, I usually push affiliate funnels or email optins first, then monetize with CPA/offers, not ads only.

Currently, I monetize my blog traffic mainly through affiliate marketing (promoting products/services and earning commissions) combined with display advertising like Google AdSense, while also optimizing additional revenue by collecting email leads to nurture and sell products/services later.

I currently monetize my blog traffic mainly through affiliate marketing, display advertising, and building an email funnel to nurture readers and introduce relevant products or services.

Currently, I monetize my blog traffic through a mix of revenue streams: display advertising (such as Google AdSense), affiliate marketing for products relevant to my content, building an email list to nurture subscribers and sell digital products (like ebooks and courses), and optimizing high-traffic articles to improve conversion rates instead of focusing only on page views.
