PayPal has recently introduced some new security measures, after 1 they started asking about tax residence. After 2 they started checking fingerprints etc. more. After 3, they immediately ask for documents if their data does not match the address. The question is, if you provide your residence address, do they check it right away? I tried to create a new account using antidetect browser octa. Everything was ok with 1 account, but after a few hours and the documents sent, the limit was reached. 2 account on another profile immediately limit at the moment of registration, so they caught it somehow. IP is variable. These are UK accounts. Anyone know the solution?

Try registering through GeeLark or any other mobile antidetect with residential proxies.
When you register from mobile PayPal asks for way less verification compared to desktop.

Yes i know that. My only concern with phone is when I had an account where I logged in on my phone, whenever I had a problem, they told me to log in through my phone and take selfies, etc. If I dont log in from my phone, I called them and said I didn't have the app and didn't want to install it. Everything was manageable on my PC without the selfie. Do you have any experience with this? My IP address is from my phone, and every time I get on a plane, the IP changes. Will a proxy be better even with this internet option?

Yeah that's the tradeoff with mobile.
Less verification upfront but if something goes wrong they push you to app and selfies.
For your setup I'd say do it with residential proxy on phone.
Also if you're on Android download Island from Play Market, it lets you create a separate profile and register PayPal on your own phone clean without fraud flags.
For proxies you can use NodeMaven I think, never had issues with it.

Well you don't do this stuff this way.

Whenever finances get involved and kyc is asked, anti detect browsers can't do that.

They serve a different purpose.

You all must get to terms that paypal doesn't gaf about your feelings and little side businesses they assess risk and have anti money laundering directives to follow, aka the laws.

They risk unspeakably high fines if they do not do that.

So first, find something you know you can make real money from. Create a company with an address, you get company papers along with that.

Then you can set up your anti detect profiles with static isp and if something happens and they ask docs, youbhave them ready, he'll, you can even get a starlink per company and call it a day.


Don't do the little no chance in he'll to work things where you have address mismatches and such.

So yeah, you're also getting the anti detect thjng wrong, many think they can just use the default settings , some random proxy that's been passed around more than a tenured Las Vegas street hooker and they're good to go.

It does not work like that, as many find out. Isolating the anti detect accounts is relatively easy, passing the kyc is what you can't fake, your risking them holding back the funds forever.

You can't really get around those rules unfortunately as paypal is asking for all those details ..... You may be able in the past to create with different details but now as facial verification is worldwide is almost impossible to do it
