You should look into the real device automation. Softwares on pc usually don't work . It may work if you use phone proxies in combination with software on pc but with datacenter ips will not work. Look into the phone farm setup

I am looking to run a small Instagram account farm. Basically I want to use these accounts for multiple task but the main important thing is I want them to simulate real people behaviour AUTOMATICALLY. I know apps like Twitterdub do this for twitter. I can't find anything similar to IG (as instadub is no longer supported)

I need a mass account connecting software that I can connect proxies to aswell and just replicate human behaviour during certain hours. Anyone knows tools that can do this?

Use antidetect + clean residential IPs + low-rate actions.
If the base is stable, even simple schedulers work.

I also need a script to create Instagram accounts in bulk (around 10k). I've already succeeded with the web, but then I can't control them because the instagrapy library uses the mobile API.

You d need a phone farm for that which can be physical or perhaps have someone else to host it. There is no public software, we do have a phone farm and we have coded our own

Be careful with IG automation at scale, detection has become much smarter, especially around behavioral patterns and proxy footprints.


From what I’ve seen, most mass automation tools eventually get flagged if they try to fully simulate human behavior. A slower, semi-automated approach with proper warm-up and realistic activity usually lasts longer than heavy automation.


Curious what your main goal is growth, engagement, or testing? The setup should really depend on that.

Most tools that fully simulate “human behavior” (auto browsing, liking, following, etc.) are risky now IG flags them fast, especially on new accounts. From what I see, only API-based tools (DM automation, scheduling, inbox tools) are relatively safe, but full farms with behavior simulation usually get action-blocked sooner or later.

Curious what scale are you planning (10 accounts or 100+)? And are they warmed aged accounts or fresh?

Avoid using any api or web based tools for automating IG, stick with real devices automation tools (android for mass actions like f/uf and liking, and ios for posting).

Honestly even the best tools can’t fully copy real human behavior now. Instagram detects patterns fast. Real devices + slow actions + aged accounts work better than any software alone. Most public tools look good at start but die after a few weeks. Testing and patience matters more than tool choice.

If someone asked this on a forum like BHW, the realistic answer is that Instagram automation is harder than Twitter because Meta aggressively detects bot behavior. Still, some tools and setups exist that people use for multi-account + proxy + human-like behavior.

Absolutely the same, no difference. Given you use clones that spoof cpu data, build props, is_emulator flag, adb_enabled flag, and development_settings_enabled flag. IG backend will see no difference in this case.

But the thing is, ridiculous as it may sound, emulators are not cheaper. They eat a lot of cpu and ram. It’s hard to run many simultaneously on PC, and cloud is actually expensive. While cheap used Android phones (even Samsung, Pixel) are around $50 per piece. With enough power in each to run smoothly on its own. Think about it!
