47 items sold and zero feedback?

I am also wondering at what price is he buying these DVDs. He sells them at $ 39 and after insertion fee/final value fee/paypal fee he still makes profit? Is he buying at $ 10 or what?

Probably. It's either 2 things:

He really is selling these items, people Know they are fake, and making not only normal purchases but also multiple purchases as if the eBay Seller is a wholesaler.

or

He himself is making these sales, and will stop once he reaches a certain amount. Then eBay will direct traffic to his listing, people will see that he has sold 132 of these, and he will increase the amount of trust between him and possible buyers.

Btw, he's getting these for $3.67 USD Shipping probably costs about $3.00 USD

DO NOT CONTACT ME AND ASK TO BUY SOME.

Itrader and Rep are some the most important things when selling anything. When i sell ebooks i need to have 10 good reviews on my account along with 2 reviews from top members.

I cant get away with just a few Itrader reviews so i dont know how this guy is making almost 4k now.

$ 7 incl. shipping for whole set? Ok but if he is buying from China (and he is DEFINITELY buying from China at this price), how to get 100 sets through customs? He is from the US ....

I do not think he is selling to himself, how can one have 100 different eBay accounts and selling to himself within 1-2 days without eBay recognizing anything?

What I think it is, is that nobody has got theirs yet, so thats why he doesn't have feedback.

He doesn't have to get 100 sets through Customs, just 1 to each customer. Customs does not care much about packages under a certain weight. If a couple get snagged, he just sends more, as he can obviously afford to.

Never underestimate the general public's willingness to throw common sense out the window in order to get a "great deal."

He doesn't have to do jack. He has $3,900 in a Paypal account. What's to keep him from just walking away?

Sure, it's remotely possible that this is somehow legitimate. More likely, he's in some country where $3,900 is a good yearly salary, and he just cleared that in one weekend. Walk away, buy a new hacked Paypal account and do it again in a month or two.

You can even make these yourself. You can find exact copy ISO's and buy yourself a DVD label kit. But is it really worth getting caught? Especially when your selling close to a hundred copies with sales over 1,000 I'm sure you can get ass raped big time.

Well the listing ended final score 99 sold lol.

4k would be a nice quick profit for somebody. Take that money and buy some silver and gold and your living large.

Please check that you've entered the correct item number
Listings that have ended 90 or more days ago will not be available for viewing.

listing deleted .... I am wondering if any of his 100 buyers will receive anything ....

This one is still online

What I am also wondering is how you can you get 2000 views to your listing in 2 days .... as a seller with zero feedbacks???

Typo:

He has to send them or he (the seller) doesn't get any money. PayPal is holding his funds, even if he has an aged PayPal account, eBay/PayPal is holding the funds since he is new to eBay.

Yes I ask myself why so many people are willing to buy this if you can download it for free. Ok, $ 39 isn't a high amount, however, if it also available for free, why then pay?

But if you are considering to sell the downloaded copies, I think this has high initial costs. You will have to buy color laser printer and DVD printer.

Most people don't know they can download it, and you can make labels/covers just fine with a regular printer, and adhesive DVD labels and most people would never know. This is what a ton of people on eBay do, which is why DVD prices are so low for older DVDs in new condition. To me, it's not worth it because you might only profit 50 cents to a dollar. Even if I sold 300 a week, that wouldn't be worth it to me.

On the other hand, actual box set cases... most people can't replicate those, so those bootlegs have a much higher profit. This is one of those examples.

The amount of noobness in this thread is more shocking than the sales itself. Paypal = Ebay, and once the lawyers of p90x contact ebay his paypal will be SHUT DOWN and he wont get jack shit. Secondly the amount of income in his paypal at once would automatically trigger flags.

Doesn't matter. His Paypal account is limited already.

He's got no way to get that money. All that work for nothing...Won't even see a single penny!

This is a really popular product right now. There is a big buzz about it at my gym and even friends who don't work out have heard about it.

My advice would be to stay away from both buying and selling of these fakes. The company behind it has been going after people selling replicas. You might get away with a dozen or so flying under the radar but I am willing to bet that selling these day in and day out, especially this many sales is going to get this person in trouble.

I... know someone who... decided to sell some last night, and see what happened. Sold 19 per listing (multiple listings), managed to sell 57 last night in the $38-$43 price range. Used a legit account that sells over 20 items per day. 900+ feedback.
