47 items sold and zero feedback?

I just came across this auction:

I wonder how you can sell 47 items and get 0 feedback ....?

No cause people have to leave feedback for payment to be released but IDK! don't buy form him

How to fake this? He has 47 eBay accounts and buys from himself?
I do not think so, because in this case he would have to pay insertion fees and final value fees for nothing .....

i think it means that he sold 48 of them but until the auction ends he might have not shipped them out yet? just a guess

Yes nobody MUST leave feedback but I have never seen any seller on eBay that did get NO feedback for selling almost 50 items ....

And at the price of $39.00 I think either he is sending nothing or fake item ...

Because he just set up the ebay profile on August 21, 2010. He put up one auction for the item with multiple qty available. Starting on August 22, people started making purchases and there won't be any feedback until those people get their items.

I think it's pretty crazy that so many people are willing to buy items from a seller with no feedback, but it happens all the time. It's a really good price for the item so people are jumping on it, they probably figure if they don't get it they'll do a chargeback on pp.

For the price he's offering and having such a large qty available, my guess is that they're pirated dvds. I imagine the sellers account will be closed once the first person complains to pp or ebay.

edit - his location is listed as HongKong so that's another redflag as far as the items being legit. If someone wants the p90x program all they gotta do is look for a torrent. If your gonna get pirated version why even pay the $39. Of course I guess its simpler to just get them already burned on dvd and with whatever booklets or anything might come with them. I'm sure Beach Body will be getting this seller shut down on ebay as soon as they come across it.

If he is selling pirated versions and they are really good and cannot be identified as pirated dvd, so perhaps nobody will complain and he will make great profit with this ....

Yeah even the buyers will get a C&D letter. 58 copies sold at $39? Over 2,000 thats freakin crazy. Since I have all the beachbody products I just got a great idea lol.

The original price is around $120. Anything under that is fake. Ioffer,com is full of fake beachbody products

Holy god he's sold 60 copies in only a couple days. Something is goin on here, surely not that many people would be so stupid and eBay would have shut him down by now. P90x is not an easy item to sell on ebay like that.

And I have looked at his buyers now .... strange .... he makes a sale every few minutes .... and only about 4-6 of his 60 buyers have higher feedback, most of them have very low feedback ....

holy shit i just checked the first auction already and he is at 74. So he sold around 15 copies withing an hour and 18 minutes. Something is definitely wrong here being a new sellers selling 1,000's in 2 days and still up?

$2,300 in sales so far... no doubt they're fake for that price, but it's still pretty tempting.. I'll keep an eye on this listing.

91 sold now lol...why are people stil buying...this is easy scam money lol...he cud just decide to shut his account down and take the monies.
