question about FB Ads.

Hi,

I am currently trying to drive people towards my website that are selling second hand items. I have noticed that i get a fair few link clicks and views. but the amount of contacts we are getting seems to be outragously low.

would this be an issue with the website or the ads mainly?

I will be honest I have no real idea about how t o run FB ads its all new to me and im trial and erroring it.

yea i might have the ad setup incorrectly, we have a good amoutn of call to action on the wbesite once people land (Phone, Email, Contact form) so I do not think that is the issue ((I could of course be wrong)) the steps is 1 click once they click any of the call to actions (or 3 for the contact form)

I guess my issue is that i was running on traffic for landing page views, which seems to go for quantity over quality, so I would have to mess with that.

with facebook the biggest issue is usually the learning phase, so i try not to touch the campaign too much early on or it resets everything.

I encountered this problem before. You can set up a campaign with a crosshair, wait for results after 1-2 days, and reset the Pixel for better results. You need to build a customer file on Pixel.
