[OFM] Hybrid OFM Agency

Hello to all forum users.
I will be documenting my start from 0 to X with my Hybrid OFM Agency.
What i mean with hybrid? - Right now my agency is only AI OFM (Fanvue) based but im planning to recruit real models for Onlyfans also.

Why im making this thread?

1. I want to network with other individuals on a similar journey
2. Sharing some value to the forum
3. Keep myself motivated with updates

My journey so far :
I have started 2 weeks ago and it's going slowly at the moment i have generated 0$ profit but that won't stop me.
Right now i only have 1 model which i would usually is pretty good, i started before with one but i had to switch since it wasn't a good quality (I guess the same problem as beginners when they are starting their AI OFM journey). Right now im using 2 different SaaS for generating the content for my model since at the moment im just using 1 but im planning to scale it after mastering traffic strategies and scaling the first one.

Main Traffic Sources :
- Instagram
- Threads
- X
- Reddit
At the moment i won't write too much about traffic since im just testing different strategies and i haven't mastered any platform yet.

My setup :
- Jailbroken iOS
- Crane Tweak for creating different containers for the use of multiple accounts
- Ghost Tweak for spoofing iOS device model for each container
- Orbita Tweak for spoofing location on device
- AdsPower anti-detect browser for X & Reddit
- US Mobile Proxy for all the accounts

This will be enough for the first update of the journey since im still figuring a lot of things at the moment and testing different traffic strategies. Im not planning to earn fast and easy money with this journey but will try to scale it as max as possible in the long-term, thanks for reading.

Im back + interviewing real models to onboard one for onlyfans.

From my point of view, onlyfans has way more conversion rate and profits than AI OFM is just is a mess working with young ladies but with the knowledge achieved in AI OFM you can generate content yourself if the lady is busy that day and keep driving traffic to OF.

All this was made with only one instagram account. I already finished a setup with a real phone + 5 ig clones + 5 threads clones + looking into Onimator automation + looking into mass content generation in an automated way (images+reels).

Nice stats, I'm also doing something similar with AI. Just a quick question; do you use a subscription tier on Fanvue or only flat subscription? Regarding PPV content, what price range do you use, also, do you set a fixed rate or just a minimum price.

Are you spoofing content for ig and yes how your doing it and is it working

Hybrid route makes sense imo, but don't let the tech setup become the main project. Biggest lever will still be angle + consistency + fast testing creatives. Real models can def convert better, but only if you have clear agreement on content schedule, upsells, who chats, who owns accounts, etc... otherwise it gets messy quick.

@DreamChaserr if you already pulled stats from 1 IG account, I’d probably squeeze that funnel harder before adding too many clones. Track simple stuff like profile visits to link clicks, link clicks to subs, and which reel style brings buyers not just followers. A lot of guys scale accounts before they even know what actually made the first account work.
