The transaction has to have originated on BHW for us to consider any external evidence. If the entire transaction takes place off-forum, there's nothing we can do.
It's common sense. Telegram is a scammer's paradise. Everyone knows it - and yet everyone still uses it. Yes, we do allow people to list their TG addresses in their sales threads because some do use the platform honestly and as a supplement to contact means on BHW. But if you choose to conduct your entire transaction on TG then you're unprotected - because TG won't do anything about a scam, and we can't do anything about it.

That's actually great to know, although almost always the transactions begins here, i made business entirely out of bhw, but they were alright. Thanks for the advice anyways sir!

Well you still have some evidence if you sent the money via crypto I guess the mod can confirm that you sent the money to the seller account. Just chill take it slow, and provide proof to the mods, and I'm sure they will handle it.
And just think of what other proof you might have.

on a forum as large as bhw there will be good/bad sellers
and when you get scammed report it.
side note - always do all sales via pm on the forum
anyone trying to take away from bhw to sell is a red flag
surley you would no that, keep all sales on bhw so that
you have pm logs HERE.
we are not all bad sellers - i sold here 10yrs - retired
no complaints - no refunds - retired 100% rep intact
dont judge all sellers by 1 bad experiance

Reality check - this wasn’t BHW scamming you, it was you doing an off-forum crypto deal on Telegram with zero escrow + zero logs
TG lets people wipe chats + spoof usernames, that’s been known for years, that’s why experienced buyers force first contact + payment confirmation inside BHW PMs or don’t move forward at all
Mods can’t adjudicate vibes, they need a transaction trail they control - otherwise anyone could nuke chats + cry scam. Hard lesson, but blaming the forum for a TG-only deal is misplaceD

Here is what I would do.
1. Avoid telegram
2. If I must use telegram have them send a confirmation of what i am to pay for via BHW PM and their crypto addy.
3. Pay and reply with txid.
This leaves a paper trail, and if there are issues you use it.

BTw many members ignore these basic things so may learn how to pick up a real service: check if the seller have jr vip and only deal with those and personally i like to see a sale thread where i can check if is an older thread and have good feedbacks. If you do these small and elementar things you can avoid most scams

When I buy something here, I either buy directly from the seller's website or using BHW DM system.
I can't understand why people are still using a social media that allows both parts to completely erase the chat at anytime to perform businesses, I mean, I've already bought something on telegram, but it was beer money, nothing serious, they delivered, but I wouldn't buy anything involving large or relevant amounts of money

What did you actually expect on a forum named "black hat", what is worse though is the owner and staff here putting the boot in from what I can see. The owner linked to the members feedback and it's all "scammer" but he was allowed to stay active here? That makes zero sense, why even bother having a feedback system if it isn't monitored for things like this?
I remember buying old link wheels and Russian links from here (as a guest) around 12 years ago when it was the #1 SEO market place on the web, those days are long gone - try FB Groups, Private old school vendors etc, they've always stayed solid while the suppliers here have gone to shit for lack of better wording.

It's really simple, can't believe people still get scammed in 2026.
- Use TG for communications
- BHW pm for payments
If the other party says no then just walk away, you've got free will.
If you can't spend 2 minutes more on pm to secure the transaction then you deserve to be scammed.

You can also try using Instant Replay on your PC, or just take screenshots of every message on tg, because not every tg seller is a scammer, but every scammer uses tg.

the owner of BHW is DD is pretty fair guy - i say that not
to kiss ass - as at 56 i kiss no ones ass.
if you choose to go off of bhw to do a sale then get scammed
then the fault is not bhw but your own.

Can't say I know the man, I remember you from browsing here for years. Did he (DD) not take the lifetime Jr Vip off you that an old admin that got banned had given you as a thank you for something? Guessing it was a thanks for your proxy shares, I've used them a lot myself so thank you for that. I may be mixed up here, almost certain I'm right though.
So you understand now... better now than never.
I've put in a complaint about a scam too.

The marketplace is not a billboard but more of a shopping mall.
We rent thread space, like Macy's rents square footage, and the mall is not responsible for the transactions at Macy's.
The difference is, we care about our community members and have a Dispute Resolution subform to help those whose transactions went South, but we need a reasonable level of proof in order to mediate.
No Mall that I know of offers that free service to those who shop in the stores where they rent the square footage to businesses at the cost of the Mall and @Diamond Damien spends a fair amount of money for the staff to do that mediation.
