We request that the refund be processed immediately due to unsatisfactory service delivery. The service provided did not meet basic service standards, including professional communication, responsiveness, and fulfilment of basic requests. Refund was previously promised within 1 to 3 days under these circumstances. However, they keep pushing back and with a lot of excuses.
