For tier 1 audiences, these CPM values aren't low? I have nsfw tg and dc channels. I've been trying out admaven for a few days now, and for the last 5-6 days, the CPM value has been around $6-7. But even if it were in the $15-20 CPM range for a tier 1 audience, I'd still consider it low.

You should contact your manager, for regular accounts without contact with their manager they keep your account on "suspicious" mode and dont allow high-paying offers on your account.
So simply talking to your manager will likely increase your cpm

Yes, yes, I actually know. Could you share with me where your audience is from and if you're using adm, how much cpm you're getting? I need to tell them that I can actually get this cpm. Before i told my manager that I'm directing my entire audience to admaven and this CPM should be much higher, but he said let's wait and see the data. But there's no change. The average for the last 6 days is $3.59 CPM... I don't think my manager is very interested, and I'm actually considering sending them an email. Do I have the option to change my manager?

My CPM is waaaaaaaaaay higher than yours. But my traffic is like 80% Tier 1.
If you go your traffic soures -> content locker and click analytics on any of the content lockers, it will unlock a "country" section on the statistics, where you can see whats your cpm per country and traffic like.

Some countries that I thought it would be decent, like Switzerland and Sweden have pretty much $0 CPM. So I move them towards a different website.

Dude, 70% of my traffic is tier 1 also but... I sent them an email because I thought the manager was a bit indifferent. Because I tried to do what you said, I couldn't see any country in my statistics either. Actually can i send you a dm? Maybe for a partnership, or things I want to consult you about, etc...

CPM Fluctuates a lot. If I filter from Dec1 to Jan9, my USA cpm is $10.84, but last week was avg $40.
This varies by your inventory of ads itself, repeated users, etc.
I usually send my users on multiple steps, which is reduces CPM, but add more monetized actions.
And my users vary a lot, so its not the same users going to links over and over again.
The best way to do it is probably talking with your manager, my manager likes to talk a lot - i usually just ignore him lol. but if you manage to grow a relationship with him he can approve higher paying offers on your links.
If you think your manager is ass, just ask them to change your manager

Actually, I understand the section you mentioned, but I don't have a country section there idk why, i'll ask to manager too. I also have a constantly growing audience, it's not always the same people clicking on the links. And the visitors are from tier 1 countries. I sent admaven an email, and they told me my manager would look into the cpm. I'll write to the manager again. If it continues to be problematic, I'll send another email and ask them to change him if its possible. Would it be okay if you shared your manager's name?
