Dispute is resolved

@hghlevelmarketing I really don't see any fault on the seller's part here. It doesn't appear to me as though they have delivered a service that is outside the parameters stated to you when you bought from them.

To me, and this applies to the other dispute you have going on here, you have bought a service that can be somewhat unpredictable with results. Having been disappointed with what you have received, you have looked for an avenue for a refund.

@smmexclusive has provided you with a partial refund on one element but I'm struggling to see why they should refund you on anything else. Furthermore, outright calling them a scammer and a liar is unwarranted and I would like you to stop doing that in the interest of keeping this dispute somewhat amicable.

Do you have any other evidence to present?
@SettingSun77 More likes are continuing to drop from the orders presented since we began addressing this dispute. Our team is actively taking screenshots to document the new drops occurring while this dispute is ongoing.

Again, if these issues are not resolved and this behavior does not stop, our legal team, together with our business bank, will handle this transaction dispute in a more impartial and direct manner using all the evidence we have collected to obtain a full refund of $60. This is a business matter, and firm action must be taken when members experience fraudulent behavior from sellers who repeatedly follow the same patterns with multiple members.

Are this the reason of the dispute? We don't understand. We have done nothing wrong. All our responses have been presented in a professional manner with clear outlines of the events. Therefore, we do not understand why attention is being diverted from the main reason for this dispute. Let’s keep the focus on the core issues of the dispute.
With all due respect, it's up to me as the mediator to focus this dispute and I would also point out that I'm not diverting attention away from the reasons for it. I'm merely asking you, as a courtesy, to stop using AI-generated responses within it.

If you have no further evidence to present and you intend on taking a legal route with this matter, then there's no reason for this dispute to remain open. Would you agree?

Will this dispute be resolved based on business quality standards and the seller’s obligations to buyers, or will it unjustly favor the seller, as it appears?
Are you suggesting this dispute hasn't been handled fairly and a balanced manner?

With all the respect, we always care our customers thoughts. We take a constructive approach and always strive to be helpful.
We have more than 40K+ users on our website but we have never seen this type of behaviour before.
The customer's approach is solely aggressive and demanding refunds for delivered orders.
He seem to believe that even canceled orders are delivered or perhaps he doesn't even read what we've written.
With this kind of aggressive approach, establishing healthy communication doesn't seem very likely.
I hope he'll change this aggressive attitude and start looking at life with more hope.

Thank you for everything.

We just want to know—before our team contacts our business bank for a charge dispute if likes and followers, which are dropping as observed by our team, continue—whether this dispute will be resolved based on business quality standards and the seller’s obligations to buyers, which the seller has clearly violated by not delivering quality products as advertised, providing fake, low-quality bot accounts on every order, or if it will unjustly favor the seller’s fraudulent behavior. This is business: when a service fails to meet the advertised standards of quality, and the evidence clearly speaks for itself, there should be no doubt. Decisions should be based on the quality of products/services and whether standards were met—which this seller has clearly failed to do by delivering fake, low-quality bot accounts. Please let us know. Thanks

As you are just repeating the same AI-generated responses, after being asked politely not to do so, and not answering the questions put to you, I'm closing this dispute and finding it in favour of @smmexclusive.
