Facebook ads Tips For Newbie!!

For newbies, focus on pixel tracking, test ad formats, and scale slowly to optimize without burning your budget.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been running my dropshipping business mainly through TikTok Ads, but now I’m planning to shift to Facebook Ads. I’m fairly new to Facebook, though I already know the basics — Ads Manager setup, Pixel integration, and campaign structure. My niche is women’s bags, and my main target markets are the UK and the Netherlands.
Recommended daily budget for testing new creatives or audiences and How many creatives should I test per campaign/ad set
When I moved from TikTok to Facebook, I kept it simple. For testing, $20–30/day per ad set works well in UK/NL. Use 1 campaign (CBO) with 1–2 ad sets, each testing 3–5 creatives max. Focus more on creative angles than audiences at first — Meta is good at finding buyers if the ad hooks. Kill losers after 2–3 days, don’t overthink it.

It doesn't matter how much money you spend; what matters is how you design testing. If you test angles correctly, even $10 a day can yield meaningful insights. Stable CTR/CPM for a few days is far more important than increasing too quickly since Facebook learns from data patterns rather than budget amount.

That's a good idea, the British and Dutch use Facebook quite a lot.
I suggest a trial model of 1 campaign - 3 groups - 3 ads
with a small budget under $10, then the group that delivers the best results will have its budget increased.

It can take a week to test. Start by creating one or two advertising campaigns with a modest budget. For the first two days, observe the spending pace and the number of impressions. On the fourth day, review the preliminary data and pause any ads that are performing poorly. By the seventh day, concentrate the budget on the best-performing ad set to prepare for subsequent scaling. Hope it will be helpful .

Start with a low budget, around $30-$50 for about 3 days to test new audience segments and content.
Set a budget for the campaign and create multiple ad groups for different audiences to find the right audience. Create at least 3 ad creatives in each group to find the best one, then create different versions of that creative.

Start small, around $15–$20 per ad set per day, and test 3–5 creatives per set to see what resonates.

The women's handbag market is quite promising and not difficult to get started in once you have experience with advertising campaigns. Start with a small campaign to test your target audience; once things are stable, you can increase your budget.

For Facebook Ads testing, set a budget of €10–20 per ad set and test 3–5 creatives.
Run for 48–72 hours with separate audiences in UK and NL and scale up once you have a winning creative.
