Has anyone successfully switched to Threads and actually seen traction on the new platform?
If so, what were the main differences you noticed compared to what you were using before? what helped you most in gaining visibility or engagement?

Curious to hear what’s working in practice. Thanx

thread isnt so bad i think its honestly unvervalued

We've tried threads but it doesn't convert as well for our niche

I find thread seems to have a lot of unserious people and very few serious ones.

What's your niche? I am covering a few, so I am interested

Yeah, people do see real traction on threads when they treat it like its own platform. What actually works is posting consistently, quick replies in threads using relevant niche tags and engaging early with similar accounts.

Any secrets for better tags?

some people have seen traction on threads. what seems to help most is repurposing short, conversational posts rather than longform stuff you’d use elsewhere. engagement feels quicker but fades faster than on older platforms, so volume and consistency matter more. cross-posting from other channels also boosts early visibility. that’s what a few folks I follow have said works best in practice.

Yes many people have successfully switched to Threads and gained traction. Threads tends to reward originally short text plus quick replies more than X did, so posting early, engaging fast, and using relevant hashtags helped most with visibility and engagement.

Yes many people have seen real traction after switching to Threads. What helped most: posting original short text, engaging early on trending conversations, and replying quickly Threads tends to reward early engagement and simple, clear posts more than X did.

Threads works best when you think beyond reposting content short, conversational posts that spark replies, timely interactions with early commenters and building a recognizable tone make visibility grow faster than just following old habits from other platforms.

I've noticed that accounts that switch to Threads and achieve real traction mostly share one thing in common: they don't just copy content from elsewhere, but optimize it directly within Threads. Threads prioritizes genuine engagement from the start, so content that sparks discussion or raises questions is more likely to attract comments

Switching to Threads works best if you focus on engaging posts and reply to others, not just broadcasting like on X.

Will it fade away quicker?

I've also noticed how specialists copy approaches from different SM even if they don't match really

Wait, I know you can switch from Instagram to threads directly. Is that now applicable to X? That's interesting
