Sir I am New User on BHW, I meet with @Opulentos here and i read his many threads and thought he is old user and trusted guy, after that i connected to him in telegram with same name @Opulentos, i need for a instant indexing tool, he said yes for 200$ then we deal in 100$ before and 100$ after payment , i pay him by Binance, ss attached , after payment i tried to msg him on tg again and again for give me tool but he is anoying me after one day he came and said my TG are blocked but after also he not replyied but always showing seen recently on tg and also active here in BHW, he scammed my 100$, I want my money back is possible or want tool i will pay 100$ also after recieve, thanks

I connected with him on BHW and saw his Many interesting threads here, and he is also old user so i thought he is a genuine seller, so i visited his profile and see there his TG id and connected on TG

Information For The Accused
@Opulentos, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

It's not on their profile, and it is not in the Admin panel that they changed their profile content.

We have access to their history.

Do you have anything else that you can share where you interacted with them on the forum?
 
I checked his threads than I connected him with same username on tg , he said he is also on BHW with same name after we made a deal

Dispute Summary​

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

I find it troubling that some sellers would rather be banned than refund an amount as small as $100, despite boasting of making thousands or more from the items they sell. This is not the first time I'm seeing something like this.

When I was actively selling links, had to refund some clients hundreds of dollars, the highest being $700, because I wasn't able to get exactly what they wanted.

As a responsible business person, your priority should be to satisfy your customers and clients.
Anyway, we all have our different perspectives to life.

Exactly.

My guess is that these sellers who don't refund get greedy after realising it's easy to make money and instead of doing the right thing they'd rather get banned.

Btw you can even use the refund as a damaging admission in your marketing.

"This client paid 700 dollars for this type of backlink.

I couldn't get the right type of link for his niche and so I refunded him.

If he ever wants a different type of link then I'm always here for him.

It goes to show that even as a successful link seller you can't always get the right type of link all the time."

A damaging admission is where you admit a fault in your service and then list positive benefits.

By admitting a fault you increase trust.

And let's be real all services have some sort of fault.
