Most of the time it’s churn-and-burn setups, parasite pages, or stuff that gets wiped once Google recalculates signals. The risks are obvious: deindexing, burned domains, wasted time, and sometimes accounts getting flagged too.

generating blackhat traffic is risky yes, but it can last for a while and you just rinse/repeat thats part of the game. it can bring in good traffic and conversions otherwise nobody would do it.
if you manage to quickly rank on good keywords, its usually worth it, even for a short time. also you can cloak the traffic to a main site, so its also a long term strategy.
doesnt matter if your BH sites get banned anywhere, you can just repeat with new ones while your main site(s) won't be affected at all.
