To my experience you can not only you should add further articles here and there once in a while. This improves the efficiency even more.

Hi there,

Wodpress blogs are auto ping by default which usually gets them indexed automatically. Now as you know, it's impossible for all to be indexed just by being pinged but many will. You may need to do some manual bookmarking etc to make sure they are all indexed.

Yes, my mininets work for both new sites and old. It does not matter Obviously brand new sites will bounce around a lot but with continual quality link building you will maintain high rankings.
