Hello, after a long while of finding ways of making money, i failed to find a reliable one, i made like 1-3k € , in the span of 6-8 months from coding. And i want an advice on what I should do, my dad has a HVAC company , he has pretty good numbers and a big reputation in our County, i dont really mind the work, i find it decent and sometimes fun.
We install mainly Split Air Conditioning, on average we charge around 180-200€ per AC, it takes from 1:30 hours to even 6-7 hours depending on the type of home and length of it.
Its a seasonal thing tho thats the issue, in the summer we average every day like 3-4 AC/s , making from 500-1000€ on some good days, but we also have weeks when there s nothing to work, we make around 12-15k every summer, which in my country is a big number. Im from East Europe , a low country, in my county there arent many companies and the civilians rely on the big companies but they charge alot.
Recently we found a big contract and we made like 7k € in like a week or two, i would like to take over the company and scale it up, i have a few ideas of how to, just go door to door, make offers to big factories or companies, but i dont have the balls sadly, let me know if you have any ideas what I should do.
