Hi there, I'm thinking of selling a startup blog I created a month ago but I'm curios to know it's potential worth. Here's the blogs info:
Starter food/recipe niche site available for sale

AdSense approved (UK)

1month+ Old

Off-page SEO and On-page SEO are already done

Main keyword has over 200k search volume

Site projected to hit 15-30k monthly traffic within months .
What do you think is the ideal amount to list it for?

where does the 15k to 30k prediction come from ?
The main keywords I'm targeting, the blog is relatively new and within months it will pick up. All the keywords in the blog currently is capable of bringing up to 30k monthly traffic .

You didn't mentioned the Adsense revenue. This will pump the price. Otherwise I think you may get around $80-$150 for a new fresh site with a fresh adsense ($0 revenue). It may vary to your content and other factors.

AdSense revenue is low, check the screenshots

If your aim is to sell, it will be much better if you hold and grow the blog more for atleast 3 months before selling, doing this will give you more statistics on the blog traffic and engagement and will attract more potential buyers and also it will make it to sell more than just growing it for one month.

It has no value at this point.

See what it does in a year and ask again.
Damn, that's cold

Yeah, understood. I think it should begin producing monthly revenue first

i can make a new blog in finance niche target keywords with million of searches and claim the revenue of those keywords does that mean i hold a million dollar blog ? no. your ranking longevity and revenue is what creates value
the keywords you are targeting how is the competition ? are you up against 90DR 30 year old domains with millions of backlinks ? or are you up against fresh new blogs ? you could have the EMD of a very popular search term and still fail to rank
too early to value it as is right now the only thing that could create value is the content is it unique ? is it AI generated ?

The site is very new and has no income yet, so buyers will focus on its future potential and expect a lower price for now.

It's kind of an informational blog that wouldn't require much posting, the domain name alone has over 100k search volume. Yes, they're several keywords that are difficult to rank but it wouldn't stop the blog from getting traffic. The reason I said it has potentials is because the blog is not currently ranking for all its keywords, although it currently has over 1k keywords impressions on search console. Google hasn't open the blog to all keywords yet as that would take some time since it's a relatively new blog.
