When do member levels get updated?

I searched through the forum but could not find anything: when do member levels get upgraded?

I should have above 15 posts so should get the Newbie+ level?

As in: when does the "Newbie+" upgrade happen?

An Admin, one of the staff members above me who is more knowledgeable than I am, said the title will not change, just the options.

The title will change at 50 posts, though.
