i agree for subscription users, i just ment if you paid say 2 years ago for a lifetime license once and now the project comes to an end, he shouldn't have to refund those too in my opinion.

I get your point, and if this was an isolated incident, I'd go with your definition, but this seller has so many complaints that you need an Excel sheet 800 lines deep to keep track.

But, if service isn't rendered within the life of the project, then user should be refunded.

I understand that if the project ceases to exist people should accept it, but getting nothing in return when the service continues to run it merits a full refund

To be fair festinger did say the service would continue and that he had resolved problems with the service he didn’t actually resolve.

I know because he tagged BTB and myself saying the issues had been resolved when we both first started speaking out against what was happening.

So since the service was promised to continue at the time then the lifetime holders that were promised the service would continue SHOULD be refunded since the promise wasn’t kept.

To be honest, if I was OP, I would refund current lifetime buyers and KEEP them onboard. This way everyone wins and I would get good rep and continue selling like a god

Hey, I also purchased a lifetime membership at the beginning of 2024, so in practice my membership has only lasted about one year. I have to say it went from the best experience I have ever had to the worst, and at this point I honestly feel scammed. I still do not understand how things could have gone downhill so quickly.

There is still a huge lack of communication around this project, and when there is communication, it feels misleading at best. Is any kind of comeback or relaunch actually planned? If so, how would that work in practice? It would be great to finally get detailed and realistic information instead of vague promises.

In the meantime, I would like to request a refund for my lifetime membership. I would be happy to pay again for a new lifetime membership in the future if the product returns to the solid state it was in when I originally bought it.

I checked and I do not have the invoice email anymore. At the time of purchase, the site threw several critical errors and I was charged three times. I contacted him, he refunded 2 of the 3 payments, and then he sent me my code. I still have proof of this in my bank statements and in my email history. If you need these, what is the best way to send them here without having to upload many separate screenshots one by one?
