It is that time again folks! Share your goals for the next week to keep yourself motivated.

I will try to share more threads this week here. I am behind on a website, hope to make progress this week on it, it would help me since it will sell great during upcoming holidays.

I am not just saying this, but you can achieve anything you put your mind to. With your website, do one thing a day, it could be the smallest thing, and you will feel a sense of accomplishment. Glad your health is good, as without it, we don't have anything.

I am all over the place as my wife's cousin is here, and we are caring for her. She is a wonderful person, and being hit by a car, and the driver not stopping, is just awful. Thank goodness she will recover, but is taking it day by day. I am still working on my main site when I have time, and I hope everyone here is doing well.

My goals are simple this week. Get to 40%+ of my animation script revisions and image downloads done. (Currently on 20%) and also get my backend mind map software mostly finished. Its now a live app as a set of K8s containers, and the testing of 640 tests will happen today hopefully.

Facts! When I cant do complex tasks, small things keep me going and not losing hope

Things have been very busy, but I need to create some ads for a couple clients this week in addition to my normal routine.

I'm still working on the same things as before. lol. Mind maps (although branched out to be solely IT infrastructure first), animation scripts and image collecting. (21% finished)

Although I just bought Moho animation software in the Black Friday deal, and so I need to watch tutorials on that. That's my goal for this week, watch and get the hang of a few workflow ideas in Moho.

Been a couple weeks, so making an update. Hope you are doing well my friends!

Have to finish a website today. It is mine, and it will not be as polished as I wanted. But it needs to have basic functionality asap, need to get some finances going again after losing some. Sometimes I take too long planning and perfecting each stage of a plan, but cant wait for more free time to happen, it is so rare now.

Also, hoping to convince another business on Monday to subscribe to my services. I have pre-qualified them. Taking a gamble, and assuming that they will say yes, so I am doing the work already. Hope to close the deal with a unique style of the "assumption close".

Good luck to everyone, I will be working through Christmas, cant celebrate this year, gotta hustle, good luck to everyone this week! If not working, enjoy your family like their is no tomorrow just in case!

I decided to do something with the members and have something where we set a weekly or even a monthly goal to keep each other motivated. If you have a certain number you want to hit or some words of encouragement, this is the place to do it. Let's continue this every week, and wish you the best.

For myself, I am working on a project that I have put off for a few years, and I am doing the content for it, and I hope to get it done by Friday, as this is a short work week here in the US.

So, what is everyone's goal for this Christmas week if you're celebrating? I need to finally get my site up and then work on the payment gateway. Also, working with an entertainer and trying to get a plush doll made, so I've been emailing all the companies I know about it.

P.S. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday, and we are so close to the New Year's, which means new opportunities and a fresh start. Honestly, every day is a fresh start!

I been working on my new Wacom!

But i stopped trying to learn Moho. It was shit for drawing/animation compared to what my workflow is in adobe animate. So $200+ down the shitter lol. But i took the idea of quality very encouragingly from moho, and made my first design with the tablet the best I can make it.



My goal is to get this finished for xmas, and have him say a xmas message to my niece. Maybe should have been a xmas cat, lol but since its only a once a year niche, and these things take a few days to do. I plan to upload the finished design to my merch sites too. Maybe for the weekend.

My focus is a bit messy right now with tons of tasks for different projects. My weekly goal is to re-check my priorities and create a war time task list in Notion for next 30 days. I need to kill lots of projects, tasks or ideas.

Put this off for so long, and finally got around to it and day 1 profit is $35 not bad.

This will have to wait until the weekend now. They will be closed for Christmas for next 2 days, so I am 2 business days behind. Thankfully it is my own deadline, and they were not expecting me yet.

I finished my cat drawing today, just in the process of uploading it to merch sites. It has 2 animations. Going to upload to the merch sites for tshirts and stuff, and also put it on my store with a custom message to buy. Not sure If its possible yet, but i'm going to take a look. See if i can sell custom greeting video messages to people for their kids.

Nice work, and its definitely possible! I am getting jobs here and there for similar experiences, took me awhile to get traffic. But the layers make it impossible for others to do what we do without hard work and experience! Etsy and pinterest are great in this area for me. I will try to post a software thread over next 2 days that could help with lip-sync on animations that I tried.
