Anyone Seeing High CPMs on Facebook Lately?

Yes, CPMs are up for many niches lately seasonal competition + Meta tweaks. To lower it, test new creatives, broaden targeting, and refresh audiences more often.
That makes sense I see , I’ll try updating creatives and testing broader targeting. Have you identified any unique audience changes that consistently assist lower CPMs?

Hello everyone, despite the fact that my targeting and creatives haven't changed much, I've observed that my CPMs have increased recently. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just my niche? Any advice on how to lower it?
CPM increase is not just your drama. Ad auctions always jump: sale season, many advertisers join, CPM naturally increases

Yes, CPMs are rising for many niches lately, likely due to increased competition. To lower it, try testing broader audiences, refreshing creatives, or adjusting ad placements.

I work with a wide audience within one country, and I didn't see any significant changes, even on Black Friday.

CPM has been higher recently — it’s normal during competitive periods. You can try testing new creatives, expanding your targeting, or scheduling ads during less competitive hours to help reduce costs.

Yes rising CPMs without changing targeting or creatives is actually pretty common and usually not a sign that something is wrong on your end.

Its christmas time...... so all major advertisers are now increasing their ads which automaticly increases the ad price.
At the same time content producers make the highest CPM in the year because of that

New ad designs and compelling copy usually boost user interaction helping to reduce CPM

It also depends on each different Geo. After a period of running, the content needs to be changed so that the advertisement is not saturated, helping to improve costs.

Similar content will compete directly with each other even on the same Facebook account. Create new content and create multiple content on one account to optimize the campaign for the best results.

I appreciate the insight. CPMs have increased in some areas, too. Ad weariness is typically lessened by updating creatives and trying out novel approaches. What is the typical frequency of content rotation weekly or just when performance starts to decline?

Just that! Even on the same account, comparable material can compete with one another. I've discovered that making a variety of post versions and rotating them frequently maintains engagement higher and improves campaign optimization. How many versions do you typically test concurrently?

Hey!

There are many comments with reasons, but in reality, it's because of Black Friday overheating the auction. Every year from the beginning to the end of November, CPM is consistently too high. During this period, I compensate with a high CTR and it works well. I boost real likes and comments through comdrop.io and it's fine.

In December, the CPM goes back to normal, so for the most part, you just have to get through it.
It seems sense that CPMs always increase on Black Friday. Until things settle, I attempt to change up the content and maintain organic interaction. What did you find most effective during the spike?
